Magic 9 Design Ltd Terms and Conditions
Magic 9 Design Ltd will ensure that our goods are more than adequately packed and are shipped in good condition using a signed for service, you should inspect your package carefully before signing for it and inspect the goods immediately as your signature is confirmation to the courier that you have received your package and goods in good, undamaged condition. 

Stock items will be shipped within 5 working days, most non-stock items will be manufactured and/or finished to order and will be shipped within 21 days of order, items which will take longer for shipping will have details of order lead time included in the item description. 

In the unlikely event that any items provided are faulty, simply contact us with details and Magic 9 Design Ltd will arrange to provide a replacement and will provide pre-paid packaging for the return of any faulty items. 

In line with Customer Contracts Regulations for any items supplied from stock if you change your mind you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of ordering or 14 days of receipt of goods, whichever is later. 

If you change your mind and cancel an order for stock items before it is shipped you have nothing more to do, you will receive a full refund and shipping will be cancelled

If you change your mind and cancel an order for stock items once shipped or delivered and within 14 days of delivery you will receive a full refund, you will be responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods and for return shipping costs. 

Any unwanted items must be returned in unused and good saleable condition. A reasonable charge may be made for any damaged, missing or undelivered returned items, we thus recommend you use a service providing adequate compensation to cover the total cost of item(s) returned. If adequate additional cover isn't applied to item(s) that are returned to us, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss which may occur in transit, in the event of loss in shipping proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. 

Should you decide you do not want any item ordered which is made and/or finished to order you should contact us as soon as possible as although we are not obliged to provide a refund for these items we will do our best to reduce any cost incurred, if we haven't started making your parts we will cancel your order and provide a full refund, if some or all your order has been started or completed we may be able to transfer some or all of your items to stock and charge only a 20% fee for cancellation/transfer to stock. 

Should you decide you do not want any item(s) made and/or finished to order which have already shipped or which have been delivered you should contact us immediately as we may be able to arrange terms for return of any non-personalised items.
